![]() ![]() A cold would do 3-5 and cold for 6 seconds and reduce cold resist by 20. A charged bolt should do 1-2 and shoot 3 bolts at level 1, and 70-100 at level 25 and shoot 3 bolts at 25. ![]() A level 25 should do 239-299 fire damage. Not only that, there are many bugs in the AI of minions, making bosses that summon or place dps-insensitive objects makes minions beat what they shouldn’t. What is the Necromancer class ability in Diablo 4 As a Necromancer in Diablo 4, the Book of the Dead lets you summon one of three types of skeletal minions. So a level 1 fire skeleton should basically shoot a firebolt that does 3-7 damage. So I wouldn’t count on any changes or buffs. The necromancer does not have this and we wait too long for anything to change. These classes are so flexible that basically if you come up with a useful unique item with a nice modification, you can change the build and play with something else. Those who started playing necromancer and quickly realized that they were weak compared to other classes, quickly switched classes to rogue/druid/barbarian. The lack of mobility also gives you a lot of back pain, where most classes have long range dashes/long range teleports, we don’t have any of those things (just blood mist which both reduces our movespeed and basically grants invulnerability). The remaining 4 classes have great potential and many builds (some better, some worse, some useful in a group, others under full dps) that meet expectations more than the best build for a necromancer. We’ve been rolling and asking for a buff for necro for a week. Because the only build that makes sense and gives advice in wt4 is bone spear / spikes. Unfortunately, the people who chose necromancer (from the beginning) were shocked. The Book of the Dead in Diablo 4 is the Necromancers class-specific ability and it allows you to either summon three different types of minions onto the battlefield or sacrifice them entirely for. ![]()
